Printable award certificates for students: sample printable A4 worksheet, first page of the student sheet Student worksheet
Sample made with LearnKits. Every worksheet is new: choose the topic, level and amount and print it for free.

One certificate per student

Paste your class list (one name per line, from a spreadsheet or a document) and you get a certificate with each name. Without a list, the name is a line to write by hand.

Ready-made, editable wording

Title, opening line and reason are written for every type and stage. Change them, and add the place and date, the school name and who signs.

A style for every age

Playful for the early years (a wavy border, stars and a rosette), friendly for primary (a rounded frame and a medal) and formal for secondary (a double frame and a laurel wreath).

A4 or two per sheet

Certificates on A4 landscape or two per sheet at A5 size, with a cutting line in the middle: half the paper for a big class.

Colour or ink saver

In colour, in black and white or with lines only, so they also come out well on the school photocopier.

With your school logo

With LearnKits Pro for schools, the school's logo and name print at the top of every certificate.

Certificate maker FAQ

How do I make a certificate with each student's name?
In the Students' names step, paste your class list, one name per line. You get one certificate per name, in the same order. For two copies of each, choose it in the quantity.
Can I change the wording?
Yes. In the Certificate wording step you can change the title, the opening line and the reason, and add the place and date, the school name and the signatures. An empty field is not printed; an empty reason leaves two lines to write it by hand.
Which certificates are there?
Achievement, effort, kindness and good behaviour, reading challenge, participation, end of year, graduation (early years, primary or secondary), excellence and a blank certificate. To assess against criteria, use the assessment rubrics.
How do I print them?
Press Print with the paper in portrait: the A4 certificate is already turned on the sheet. For two per sheet, cut along the middle line.
Do they print well in black and white?
Yes. Borders and seals are lines and patterns without solid backgrounds, and under More options you can choose black and white or ink saver, with lines only.
Are my students' names stored?
They are not sent anywhere: the certificates are made in your browser. If you save the worksheet as a template, the list stays in your browser storage.
