LearnKits Pro Terms of Sale
These terms govern the optional LearnKits Pro subscription. Every LearnKits worksheet generator is and will remain free, with or without an account.
1. Seller and payment
Orders are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited, acting as authorised reseller (Merchant of Record): Paddle takes the payment, applies your country's taxes and issues the invoice. By paying you also accept Paddle's buyer terms. Paddle will appear on your bank statement.
2. Plans and prices
Pro monthly: €3 per month. Pro yearly: €24 per year. Pro school: €99 per year, for up to 25 teachers at the same school (the owner and the teachers they add from their account). These are final prices with VAT and applicable sales taxes included (Paddle itemises them on the invoice for your country); Paddle may show them in your local currency.
3. What Pro includes
While your subscription is active you browse LearnKits without ads on every page where you are signed in, and you get new Pro features as they are released at no extra cost. Printed worksheets never carry ads, Pro or not.
4. Account
Pro is tied to your LearnKits account, which you sign in to with your Google account. You are responsible for access to your Google account. You can delete the account from My account once the subscription has ended.
5. Renewal and cancellation
The subscription renews automatically at the end of each period (month or year) at the same price unless you cancel it. You can cancel at any time from My account → Manage subscription: Pro stays active until the end of the period already paid and you are not charged again. If a renewal payment fails, Paddle retries it; if it could not be collected when the paid period ends, Pro is switched off.
6. Right of withdrawal and refunds
If you are a consumer, you may withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of a subscription's first payment, without giving a reason, and we will refund the full amount. To ask for it, write to [email protected] or use paddle.net. Later renewals are not refunded, but you can cancel them before they happen. Charges made in error are always refunded.
7. Price and terms changes
If we change the price of a plan, we will email you at least 30 days before your next renewal, and you can cancel before it applies. Changes to these terms apply from your next renewal.
8. Personal data
We process account and subscription data as described in the Privacy Policy. We never see or store your card details.
9. Contact and governing law
For any question about your subscription write to [email protected]. These terms are governed by Spanish law, without prejudice to the rights the law of your country of residence gives you as a consumer.
